Each package comes with complimentary texts, phone, and email credits which typically covers most needs (i.e., the Basic program comes with 400 FREE texts, 352 FREE minutes and 4,285 FREE email sends). However, should you need more then additional rates would apply. These on average are $0.015/SMS and .0014/email. Calls can range between $0.017-$0.26/minute.

You will be provided with a new local or toll-free number through Twilio (a trusted 3rd party communications company) that will be dedicated to WebConnectIQ. If you already have a Twilio account and number, you can use it with WebConnectIQ or you can get another one.

What kind of support do I get?

As with most software programs you will receive trainings along with email and text templates. However, WebConnectIQ doesn't stop there. Each package comes also comes with 24/7 tech support via real time chat and email. In addition to that, each package comes with dedicated creative and strategy support which varies from monthly group support, to a dedicated account manager, to a full team of experts depending on which package you choose.

Can I access and use all the features from my phone?
